On March 22nd, we were proud to take part in Earth Hour Day, a global movement raising awareness about climate change and the importance of sustainability. At 8:30 pm, the lights in our lobby and spa were turned off, making way for candlelight as a symbolic gesture to protect our planet. To mark this occasion, the Montreux Jazz Café offered a candlelit dinner in a cozy atmosphere, while the Funky Claude’s Bar invited guests to discover the “Cocody Rock” cocktail, a sustainable creation made with Flor de Caña Rum, a carbon-neutral brand, and banana, used in its entirety, from flesh to peel. #FairmontHotels #MontreuxJazzCafé #MontreuxPalace #Sustainability
