Acutronic Group CEO Florian Aigrain recently attended the Governor's Cup award hosted by Texas Governor Greg Abbott - this was the State of Texas' 13th straight year of winning. Acutronic is proud to play its part in the economic development story of the State: we operate the only jet engine manufacturing facility in the State of Texas and one of only a few micro-turbine factories in the country. Bringing manufacturing home! In support of that effort, the Acutronic Apprenticeship Alliance allows students to develop technical skills and earn a living wage - all before graduating high school. Thank you Bastrop ISD for your partnership.

Building the technologies and teams that are crucial to aerospace, defense, and transportation.
Info
The Acutronic Group has a proud history of building technologies and teams that are crucial to the aerospace, defense, and transportation industries. Acutronic’s Simulation & Test Division is the global market leader in high-performance motion simulation and test equipment. Our rate tables and advanced centrifuges are used to test or calibrate inertial sensors, navigation systems, and stabilized electro-optics. Hardware-In-the-Loop motion simulators replicate the flight motion profiles and engagement scenarios of missiles. Geotechnical centrifuges and their related accessories are designed to study the behavior of structures, soil mechanics, and earthquakes. Our vibration test systems (shaker tables) allow users to carry out environmental tests to ensure the robustness or quality of manufactured products. The Division also develops and refurbishes stabilized or gimbaled-platforms utilized in applications such as tracking mounts, gun turrets, and directed-energy systems. Acutronic’s Aerospace Components Division manufactures specialty components for use on uncrewed aerial vehicles, land defense applications, and missile systems. These products are used on next-generation aerospace programs and include a range of electric power systems, servo-actuators, micro-turbines, and Hybrid-Electric-Propulsion-Systems. We offer standard products and excel at designing highly customized solutions for demanding mission requirements. The Acutronic Group employs approximately 300 employees across sites in Austin, Texas; Baltimore, Maryland; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Switzerland; Germany; France; and India.

Driving Innovation in Environmental Simulation! We are proud to have taken part at #InnoTesting2025, where industry leaders, suppliers, lab operators, and R&D experts come together to tackle the latest challenges in mechanical environmental simulation. This year's focus was on vibration and shock testing. Our experts Horst Mergenthal and Johannes Zuberer led an interactive workshop on the digital interface between control systems and power amplifiers. Many thanks to Wirtschaftsförderung Dahme-Spreewald GmbH for hosting an outstanding event and to all participants for engaging with us—we appreciate the collaboration and shared expertise! Continue the conversation with our experts from 20 to 22 May at the Automotive Testing Expo Europe in Stuttgart, Hall 10, Stand 1215. #TestingTechnology #EnvironmentalSimulation #MotionSimulation #DigitalTransformation #Acutronic #Innovation #Vibration #Vibrationtesting #Testing #Simulation #Umweltsimulation #AutomotiveTestingExpo
