Supporting the circular economy with Stena Recycling AB 🌿 ABB Robotics is collaborating with waste management firm Stena Recycling to recycle wood waste from our factory in Sweden to turn it into furniture. We are proud to support the Réseau express métropolitain (REM) project in Quebec - one of the largest public transportation initiatives in 50 years. With a goal to reduce emissions and enhance efficiency, we are providing electrification solutions that will help reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2.5 million tons over 25 years. Once complete, our solutions will help deliver a fully automated, 67-kilometer electric light rail network that will serve 150,000 daily passengers in Greater Montreal.
