We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Controls and Scheduler Profile with expertise in Primavera P6 and SAP to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and control aspects of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls, excellent proficiency in Primavera P6, and solid knowledge of SAP for seamless project management.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Scheduling and Control:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure that project timelines are met.
  • Create detailed project schedules, including baseline plans, critical path analysis, and resource loading.
  • Perform schedule analysis to identify potential delays and propose corrective actions.
  • Monitor and track project performance to ensure compliance with project timelines, cost, and scope.
  • Prepare and update weekly/monthly progress reports and project performance dashboards.


Project Control Analysis:

  • Review and analyze project performance data to identify issues, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, stakeholders, and clients to provide status updates on project progress.
  • Provide recommendations for corrective actions or improvements based on schedule and cost variances.


SAP Integration and Reporting:

  • Use SAP to track project costs, procurement, and resource management.
  • Integrate Primavera P6 schedules with SAP for seamless reporting and project tracking.
  • Maintain accurate cost and schedule data in SAP to ensure effective project control.
  • Risk Management and Reporting:
  • Identify potential project risks and work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain risk registers, risk mitigation plans, and contingency schedules.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and coordinate between various teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in identifying scope changes and provide input to project management teams.


Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all scheduling and project control processes comply with internal standards, procedures, and external regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and consistency in all project scheduling and reporting activities.
