To Uphold the Standards of the CPA Profession by Volunteering for Our Professional Conduct Committee
CPA Ontario is currently in search of volunteers to serve on our Professional Conduct Committee (PCC).
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reviewing complaints of professional misconduct, to determine whether a breach of the CPA Code of Professional Conduct or Student Code of Conduct may have taken place, and if so whether disciplinary action is required.
Ensuring that CPA Ontario members, students, and firms act in accordance with the expectations set out in our rules and regulations, to protect the public interest and maintain the good reputation of the profession.

Who You Are:
A member in good standing with CPA Ontario, having seven or more years of post-qualification experience; It would be an asset if you are/were:
Someone who has occupied a senior role and/or has extensive and demonstrable knowledge of any (or all of) technical accounting, taxation, and assurance subject matter expertise.
A senior manager, director, partner (or equivalent) role in a CPA firm whose clientele includes a variety of assurance, accounting and/or tax engagements.
A senior professional and/or executive role in employment or academia.
