Responsibilities
- Full Software Lifecycle Participation: Involved in the complete software development process, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Innovative Development: Build, modify, and maintain both front-end interfaces and back-end systems, ensuring seamless functionality and user-centric design.
- AI Integration: Proactively identify and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize development workflows, enhance product functionality, and drive efficiency.
- Testing Excellence: Oversee manual and automated testing processes, ensuring quality standards are met and providing actionable feedback to stakeholders.
- System Architecture: Design and implement functional, scalable systems, prioritizing performance, uptime, and reliability.
- API Development: Build and maintain APIs to support seamless integration with third-party applications and internal systems.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to address challenges and create innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Research and adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance development processes and project outcomes.
- Optimization & Debugging: Identify, debug, and optimize existing systems to maintain high-quality standards and improve performance.
- Team Development: Contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge, offering mentorship, and providing technical guidance on architecture and design.
- Education/Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Full-Stack Expertise: Proven experience (3+ years) in full-stack development, with proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and Azure DevOps.
- Cloud Architecture Knowledge: In-depth understanding of software architecture principles, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP accepted).
- AI Literacy: Demonstrated familiarity with AI tools, methodologies, and their application to enhance development processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end development technologies, as well as debugging, optimization, and unit/integration testing.
- Agile Collaboration: Strong experience with Agile methodologies, fostering teamwork to achieve sprint goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Growth Mindset: A passion for continuous learning, improvement, and staying current with industry advancements.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Solutions-focused with a drive to tackle complex challenges and create innovative, scalable solutions.
