About us
Our story begins in the early 2000s as our team of highway safety specialists embarked on a mission to revolutionize the process of repetitive lane closures. Our mission was to eliminate worker exposure to live traffic with the introduction of an automated lane closure system to replace the traditional manual setup and dismantling of traffic cones. Our passion and dedication to safety through innovation was the foundation of our business and is reflected today in the exceptional quality of our products and services. Versilis has developed automated lane closure solutions that meet the highest industry standards. Government agencies across North America have adopted the solutions to increase their traffic operations' safety and efficiency. With motorist and operator safety in mind, Versilis traffic engineers bring experience and ingenuity to each project, from the planning stage, all the way to installation, testing, and training. Typical applications: Reversible Lanes, Express Lanes, Bridge & Tunnel Approaches, Movable Barrier Operations, Flooded Roadways, Ramp Closures, and Work Zones. Visit versilis.com to see some of our projects across America in TX, FL, MD, NY, MA, KS, PA, PR, NJ, OR, LA, WI, and many other states and provinces.

It is with mixed emotions that we celebrate the retirement of Pat Jones, CEO of IBTTA. For 23 years, Pat has been the driving force and public face of IBTTA, leading the organization with passion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the industry. Throughout his tenure, Pat has been a caring, approachable leader who was always willing to share his deep knowledge and expertise. No matter how busy his schedule, Pat made time to meet with members, listen to their concerns, and provide thoughtful guidance. Under Pat's leadership, IBTTA has flourished, becoming a stronger, more influential association that is respected worldwide. He leaves the organization in great shape, with solid momentum to continue advancing the interests of the tolling industry. We will miss Pat's steady hand, visionary thinking, and warm personality. But we know he is ready to embark on a new chapter, spending more time with his family and pursuing other passions. Please join us in thanking Pat for his tremendous contributions and wishing him all the best in his well-deserved retirement. IBTTA and the industry as a whole are better for his service. Our hearts go out to the communities across Florida and the Southeast in the aftermath of Helene and Milton. During our visit to Fort Myers last summer for the IBTTA annual service project, we witnessed firsthand the incredible resilience and preparedness of Floridians. While there, we had the privilege of working with Community Cooperative to assemble storm-ready kits and emergency radios for vulnerable residents who might face power outages or be unable to evacuate during storms. As Florida once again faces recovery, we extend our support to all those affected and wish them strength in the days and weeks ahead. #HurricaneMilton #HurricaneHelene #FloridaStrong #HurricaneRecovery

We were delighted to host our California distributor, D&M Traffic Services Inc., at our facility this week. Kevin Cooper, Tom Aulman, and Dale Cooper participated in comprehensive training sessions at our demo site. Through hands-on experience, they gained familiarity with our innovative solutions. Together, we explored both current and future business opportunities in California. During their visit, the team also witnessed our parent company MOOVOP's movable barrier operation, which features Versilis SwiftGate technology for daily automated lane closures. This collaborative visit strengthens our partnership and ensures that D&M is fully equipped to better serve our customers and develop the California market. #DemoSite #Innovation #California #Training #RoadSafety
