It is with mixed emotions that we celebrate the retirement of Pat Jones, CEO of IBTTA. For 23 years, Pat has been the driving force and public face of IBTTA, leading the organization with passion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the industry. Throughout his tenure, Pat has been a caring, approachable leader who was always willing to share his deep knowledge and expertise. No matter how busy his schedule, Pat made time to meet with members, listen to their concerns, and provide thoughtful guidance. Under Pat's leadership, IBTTA has flourished, becoming a stronger, more influential association that is respected worldwide. He leaves the organization in great shape, with solid momentum to continue advancing the interests of the tolling industry. We will miss Pat's steady hand, visionary thinking, and warm personality. But we know he is ready to embark on a new chapter, spending more time with his family and pursuing other passions. Our hearts go out to the communities across Florida and the Southeast in the aftermath of Helene and Milton. During our visit to Fort Myers last summer for the IBTTA annual service project, we witnessed firsthand the incredible resilience and preparedness of Floridians. While there, we had the privilege of working with Community Cooperative to assemble storm-ready kits and emergency radios for vulnerable residents who might face power outages or be unable to evacuate during storms. We were delighted to host our California distributor, D&M Traffic Services Inc., at our facility this week. Kevin Cooper, Tom Aulman, and Dale Cooper participated in comprehensive training sessions at our demo site. Through hands-on experience, they gained familiarity with our innovative solutions. Together, we explored both current and future business opportunities in California.
