🎉 Meet Cameron Bird, a second-year Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) student, who was honoured with the USask Resiliency Award during Indigenous Achievement Week. Cameron's passion for science led him to pursue physical therapy. Growing up in Syria, Abd Alfatah Alras watched his father, an orthopedic surgeon, change lives. Abd knew early on that he wanted to be a doctor too. 🩺 Now, Abd is a second-year medical student at the University of Saskatchewan's Regina campus and is adjusting to life away from his family while balancing academics, campus and community involvement.
