  • "I get to feel like a superhero every day. I use my legal experience, our deep bench of experts, and our breadth of content to build cool things with stellar people. I stepped into the legal tech space as an Account Executive in 2015 because I loved helping legal professionals solve problems with technology. But soon enough, I discovered that the real magic happens when you build the tech. "Joining Thomson Reuters was a no-brainer because they have the best reputation in the business. I started as an attorney subject matter expert training traditional ML models and quickly transitioned into a Product Manager role on the CoCounsel Drafting team. Now, I get to create cool things with fantastic people. I’m encouraged to innovate, fail fast, and pivot quickly. It’s a dream job. "Thomson Reuters is top-notch when it comes to supporting growth and development. My team is packed with engaged and supportive leaders who are all about professional development, encouraging a growth mindset, providing constructive feedback, and embracing the occasional stumble. It's a safe space to try new things, advocate for our customers, and pivot quickly when things don’t go as planned. "Trust and transparency are the foundation of everything we do at Thomson Reuters. Whether we're selling, building, or partnering with customers, these principles guide us. Every strategic decision is weighed against the customers' best interest and our unwavering commitment to our core values. "In my view, the most exciting aspect of legal tech development in the generative AI era is how it necessitates true collaboration across all stakeholders, product teams, sales representatives, marketing professionals, customer success specialists, and most importantly, our customers themselves, to work together to inform the way forward." Loryn, Senior Product Manager #WorkingAtTR
