We love seeing our #EmploymentWorks partners out in the community. Pacific Autism Family Network is doing great things in BC, including hosting #Career fairs that highlight the value #Autistic and #Neurodivergent individuals bring to the #Workplace.
In a year of 'firsts', today was my first Pacific Autism Career Expo, a sensory-friendly opportunity for potential employers and employees to meet and discuss how careers can take flight. More than 200 registered guests and 12 amazing organizations that see the value of the neurodivergent community to their cultures and workplaces. Bravo to the entire team Pacific Autism Family Network under the remarkable leadership of Bailey DeBruin-Stam. These days feel good. Tomorrow, the JET (Jobs, Education and Training) Art Show! 👏
