𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐚, 𝐈𝐧𝐣𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 One of the things I love most about my role at SGI is interacting with people and supporting my team. Mentorship, coaching, and career guidance are part of my daily routine, and while it can be quite busy, it's incredibly rewarding. I lead by example, sharing my experiences to inspire others. It's been 12 years since I joined SGI, transitioning from a clerical support role to management. Before SGI, I spent 17 years in pharmacy. Changing careers at 38 was daunting, but the supportive environment at SGI made it worthwhile. Through SGI's education sponsorship, I earned my Chartered Insurance Professional designation. At SGI, we focus on our employees' well-being, mental health, and inclusivity. Our leadership culture empowers every employee, giving them a voice regardless of their position. The opportunities here are endless, and I'm passionate about helping my team explore and grow. The support and camaraderie among colleagues at SGI is remarkable. I'm proud to be part of a company that truly cares about its employees and customers. See yourself in a career at SGI? Check out our available job postings here: https://lnkd.in/gbFN2tz7

This time of year, the slush can make it hard to keep your vehicle clean. That means your headlights, tail lights and turn signals are likely also covered in a layer of grime. Pro tip: give your headlights a quick wipe to make sure you can see AND be seen.

Meet Parachute Youth Ambassador Kiara Qureshi! Kiara received a grant for her initiative to educate her peers on the impacts of impaired driving. She hosted a presentation for her volleyball team, which included a variety of simulations, interactive games and personal storytelling. Great work, Kiara! Parachute’s Youth Ambassador program highlights young leaders who are working to improve road safety in Canadian communities. SGI supports this program in Saskatchewan. If you have a young person in your community who is interested in getting involved, send us a message!

Impaired driving is dangerous. On average 32 people die every year on Saskatchewan roads because of it. It impacts people of all ages, and that’s why SGI is encouraging parents and guardians to discuss the consequences of driving impaired with their kids. There are many ways to talk about safety with your kids. Find out more in our April Traffic Safety Spotlight here: https://lnkd.in/gbTZhwF6

What an amazing experience at the SAAR Conference! Our team had the pleasure of connecting with many shop owners at our booth to discuss ProgiSync appointment scheduling for claims processing. It was inspiring to see such a strong turnout — 170 attendees, surpassing the expected 120! A highlight of the event was Ciaran's presentation on SGI's digital transformation, featuring Guidewire Software and Progi. ProgiSync will be used to distribute assignments among Claim Centres and Accredited Shops, resulting in a faster repair process for insured clients. It's exciting to see how these innovations will help streamline repair processes. We truly appreciated the insightful conversations and the opportunity to showcase how ProgiSync supports smoother repair operations. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat with us. Looking forward to continued collaboration and innovation! #SAARConference #ProgiSync #DigitalTransformation #ConnectingWithShops
