It was fantastic to be hosted this week by the European Union in Brussels as our of NPSE 2025 programming visit with executive-level meetings at the European External Action Service and the European Defence Agency headquarters. We had serious discussions on strengthening Canada-EU industry collaboration through EU projects and explored opportunities with the European Defence Agency on how Canada could engage more deeply—potentially even considering MOU collaboration. Enhancing military cooperation between Canada and Europe is critical in today’s evolving political and security landscape. These are precisely the kinds of initiatives that the Policy Insights Forum is proud to facilitate and deliver—bringing together key stakeholders to drive meaningful engagement and policy alignment.
