Very exciting news for 221A who in partnership with City of Vancouver, Ledcor and Grosvenor have just launched their newest new arts and cultural space at 825 Pacific Boulevard, Vancouver! Here at The Neighbourhood Pop-Up, we are delighted to see the addition of more studio spaces for artists and makers. About 825 Pacific: The building is a 21,000 square foot purpose-built arts and culture facility with a total of 30 units of artist studios and program spaces, including 23 rent-stabilized tenant units, 3 units for 221A Fellows, the 221A Fellowship Library, a 50-person co-working space, a ground floor project space for creative studio use and community events, and 221A’s administrative offices.
