We recently visited a customer site to install a data logger for a two-week steam load analysis. This setup will collect real-time data to help us understand system demand, spot opportunities for optimization, and support long-term efficiency. If operations have changed since the last study, running a new one is best to ensure the data reflects current conditions. We had a great training day with our new reps in Ontario East from Dis Tech HVAC. The training covered Miura’s boiler technology, safe system design, strong safety record, energy efficiency, and water treatment. One of the highlights was the factory tour, led by our new Manufacturing Manager, Angela Crawford who did a fantastic job walking the team through the production floor and showcasing our quick start-up in action—full pressure in under 3 minutes! We also introduced our Rep Portal, which is a valuable tool for our new reps as they support customers in their area. After an intense competition, Ramar emerged as the winner of Canadian competition, earning the opportunity to showcase his skills at the MIURA CO.,LTD.
