Her proactive approach ensures accuracy and clarity, especially when addressing developments and changes. Working on two distinct projects has allowed Emily to understand the unique needs of each team. EllisDon's commitment to inclusivity and a positive work environment has allowed Emily to feel welcomed and involved from day one. This supportive atmosphere has boosted her confidence and fostered open collaboration across both projects and the larger Planning and Scheduling team.
