Last week we invited our partners to come and experience Surrey Pavilion. For some it was for the first time, for others, it was an opportunity to see the final product that they had a part in helping us build. The foundation of our success has been built on the establishment of enduring partnerships, and we had the opportunity to celebrate those that have been instrumental to our past forty years, and those that are part of our story today. Surrey Pavilion is our evolution in reimagining and strengthening the connection between people and place, and our response to the energy that Surrey is creating. We hope to see you there to experience it for yourself. 

Over the last few weeks we introduced 102+Park by Marcon, Metro Vancouver's most anticipated condo launch of the year in Surrey's Central Downtown. We've had over two thousand guests experience Surrey Pavilion so far, and we look forward to welcoming more people to learn about Surrey 3.0 and experience the build out of Surrey's Central Downtown. 

With roots in the Fraser Valley, it’s really exciting for us to contribute to the build out of Surrey's Central Downtown. At this point in our history, we’re looking at development opportunities that set a very high bar. We want to challenge ourselves to create something that's going to exceed people’s expectations, something unique and exciting that will support residents and the community long into the future. Surrey Pavilion is our response to the energy the city is creating. We hope to add value with our program, leading to more engagement and an even better urban experience.
