Nicholas brings incredible energy, positivity and passion to his work and life in general. 🦉Advice to new joiners? “Every day you get to choose two things: your attitude and how hard you work! Be positive, work hard, and almost always great things follow. Be helpful to everyone around you. Having been at Lightspeed for 6 years it’s incredible how many of the faces that I started with I still see—now in completely different capacities, accomplishing great things in their respective areas of expertise. The common theme with everyone who creates this lasting impact is their hard work, helpfulness, and positivity.” ⭐ What motivates him? “I absolutely love getting to spend time with friends and family, eating at restaurants, getting out and about in nature, exploring cities, and going to sporting events!” 🌿 How to maintain energy? “Touch grass! Feeling brain fog? Step away from the computer screen for 10-15 minutes. Go outside, take a breath of fresh air. It’s super important to be intentional about where you’re expending your energy. Two years ago I took up running, and cannot understate the positive impact of exercise in my overall mental and physical well being!” 🔮How’s this week looking? “Last week was jam packed. We celebrated the end of Fiscal Year 2025, and I had the privilege of being at ‘the Castle’ - our headquarters in Montreal to be a part of the celebration. Our NOAM hospitality business had tremendous results, which made it all the more amazing. This week we’re strategizing for the new fiscal year.
