Enabling youth in Canada to own their mental health journeys.
About us
Jack.org works with youth across Canada to teach mental health fundamentals, reduce stigma, create peer-to-peer connections, and create communities of belonging to help young people own their mental health journeys. Suicide is still the leading health-related cause of death for youth in Canada. Countless young people live with ’that feeling’ of anxiety, stress, despair, or loneliness. It’s a crisis that’s hard to see and harder to live through. With our help, across classrooms and campuses, in communities across the country, youth are focussing on prevention by taking charge of their mental health, and looking out for their peers.

‼️📣TEACHERS: Help us empower youth mental health in under 5 minutes! We’re conducting a survey to better understand an educators’ perspective on our mental health Talks program. Why? Because teachers have a front row seat to the ever-evolving mental health needs of young Canadians. There’s more work to be done, and our programs are evolving to reflect that. Feedback from the people on the front lines of the youth mental health crisis will enable us to do it right. Fill out the survey here! https://lnkd.in/g-4XjF6k Not for you? Support youth mental health by sending this along to your teacher friends! 💙
