Ontario One Call’s 2024 Awareness Study points to a concerning lack of awareness behind these incidents: -57 per cent of homeowners are unaware that a utility locate is legally required before digging. -One in four residential digging projects results in accidental damage to underground infrastructure. The final phase of the Brockville Sabre-Jet rehabilitation project was recommended at Brockville City Council. This jet is actually a monument to members of the Royal Canadian Air Force, the enhanced landscaping will highlight their contribution to the community. Our team provided engineering guidance on the use of an Fibre-Glass Reinforced Wrap to reinforce the pedestal the jet sits on. Previous reports recommended replcaing the pedestal at a cost of over $300,000. Our solution was much cheaper and is often used for seismic retrofits of concrete structures. https://lnkd.in/e3FvjQva

Some roads in TLTI are not municipally owned or maintained. To offer support, TLTI assists eligible private road associations with capital improvements and maintenance costs through the Private Road Grant Program.
