For the past 27 years IBISKA has established strong roots in the IT/IM consulting community and built enduring relationships with a broad client and consultant base. As the business and technology landscape evolved, IBISKA successfully transformed itself to embrace emerging technology trends and anticipate clients’ needs. IBISKA offers experience and a pool of expertise in: Solutions Architecture, Business Analysis and Project Management, Enterprise Infrastructure, Cyber and IT Security, Data and Applications Development. We successfully built a practice in the Cloud Computing space where our consultants are providing subject matter expertise to clients in various aspects of their Cloud migration projects. We developed corporate knowledge through extensive Cloud Vendors’ training for our delivery teams, many of whom have earned certifications. We are currently offering Data Scientists and AI expertise to assist clients in developing AI capabilities within their organization. IBISKA is very proud to announce that we have been awarded 2 multi-year contracts by Shared Services Canada (SSC) to provide ITSM professional services; one for IBISKA and the other for Onaki-IBISKA JV. Each contract is initially for the period of three (3) years with three (3) one-year options. The initial value of each contract is $16.25Million for a total of $32.50Million The work on these contracts is to to assist SSC’s Operations and Client Services Branch (OCSB) in its objective of enabling service excellence in the delivery of services for SSC’s partners, clients and Canadians, through the establishment of SSC as a client-centric, process-driven, metrics-based service provider. Through these contracts, IBISKA will provide expertise to SSC’s ITSM teams and to SSC GC partners to support enterprise systems and related GC strategic projects. Skills sets and resource categories required include Application/Software Architect, Programmer/Analysts/Software Developer, System Analyst, Tester, Web Developer, Business Analyst/Consultant, Business Transformation Architect, Courseware Developer, Operations Support Specialist, Technical Writer, Data Conversion Specialist, Technical Architect, IM Architect, Database Modeller, Change Management Consultant, Project Manager/Coordinator and QA Specialist. Our ITSM focused team is very excited for this great opportunity to continue building our corporate ITSM practice.
