February 2025 Employment Trends Employment showed little change in February, with a modest increase of 1,100 jobs (+0.0%), following three consecutive months of growth totaling 211,000 jobs. The employment rate remained stable at 61.1%, while the unemployment rate held steady at 6.6%.
