🔎 New Report: Energy Efficiency for Social Infrastructure Econoler is proud to have contributed to the "Energy Efficiency for Social Infrastructure: A Toolbox for Public Development Banks", developed for Finance in Common with the support of Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and GIZ. En cette Journée internationale de la femme, nous célébrons le pouvoir de l'inclusion et le travail novateur du Women in Energy Network-Africa (WEN-Africa). 🌍⚡ Dans toute l'Afrique, les femmes restent sous-représentées dans le secteur de l'énergie, alors que leur participation est essentielle pour stimuler l'innovation, la durabilité et la croissance économique. C'est pourquoi le WEN-Africa a été lancé : pour unir les organisations publiques, privées et à but non lucratif dans la promotion de l'égalité des sexes et l'autonomisation des femmes dans le secteur de l'énergie. Nous sommes fiers d'avoir joué un rôle dans cette initiative transformatrice, en travaillant aux côtés de l'équipe Africa Gender Energy Team (AGET) de la Banque mondiale pour élaborer une feuille de route, mettre en œuvre des programmes de renforcement des capacités et créer des opportunités durables pour les femmes dans le secteur de l'énergie.
