One of the themes I’ve been reflecting on as we close the year is how companies can go beyond utility to create moments of delight for their customers. At Bird&Be, we’re operating in a space where the stakes are high—fertility journeys are deeply personal, often stressful, and require nuanced care. That’s why we see it as our responsibility to make the process not only effective but also supportive and uplifting. ✨ This month, we’re running a campaign where every purchase includes the chance to win a free prenatal subscription for a year. It’s a simple initiative, but one that embodies what we believe in: making fertility care feel more accessible, less heavy, and just a little more hopeful, especially during the holidays when emotions tend to run high. For us, this is about more than a customer promotion; it’s about reinforcing the kind of brand we’re building. I’d love to hear how others in the health and wellness space are thinking about creating impact and delight for their customers—especially in categories that are inherently challenging. #reproductivecare #customerengagement #healthandwellness

Male factor infertility was the primary reason couples sought IVF in 2022, and we're committed to helping. At Bird&Be, we stand out with an integrative approach to care and our unwavering commitment to science and research. We recently presented the results of our first prospective clinical study at the Midwest Reproductive Symposium International, showcasing that The Powers for Males + CoQ10 Boost—our preconception supplement for males—significantly improves sperm motility after just three months of consistent use. Now, we’re excited to share this breakthrough publicly via NAPGO. The study results highlight the potential of accessible, at-home supplements to enhance sperm quality in a clinically meaningful way. 👉 Why does this matter? 👈 🤝 Preconception care should be 50/50. Infertility is the only disease where the affected person’s partner is the one treated. In cases of severe male-factor infertility within heterosexual relationships, common treatments like IUI or ICSI/IVF typically place the majority of the physical burden on the female partner, who endures the injections, hormones, procedures, and monitoring—even when the cause of infertility is male. 🍆 Male infertility is on the rise.  A global decrease in sperm quality has contributed to male factor infertility being responsible for up to 50% of infertility cases worldwide. This trend has led to more couples seeking fertility care. According to Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society, male factor infertility was the primary reason couples sought IVF in 2022. Similarly, the CDC's 2021 data shows that male factor infertility is the second most common reason for IVF in the U.S., after egg or embryo banking. While it’s widely accepted that females trying to conceive take prenatal vitamins, the conversation around optimizing male fertility is much quieter. Sperm need as much support as eggs, and it’s essential that couples understand males can—and should—be as involved as their partners in the journey to conception. 👩🔬 Bird&Be is a science-driven company. Our medical team, composed of reproductive endocrinologists and fertility-focused naturopathic doctors, combines both medical and holistic research to develop our products. But we don’t stop there—we are committed to validating the effectiveness of our products. Now, we have our first clinical data to share, and more studies are underway with promising early results. We are deeply committed to making the journey to parenthood easier and optimizing fertility outcomes alongside our clinical partners. https://lnkd.in/gUTnXJng

🗞 Snagging a spot on a 'best of' list is a milestone and a dream for any company. 🙌 And earning a top spot on a list curated through the writer's conversations with doctors, actual customer reviews, expert insights and user preferences is incredibly validating. 🏅But cinching TWO spots for two different products on a 'best of' list - well that's almost unheard of. We did it 🎉 Bird&Be’s vitamins for pregnancy –The Prenatal Essentials and The Gentle Prenatal –made National Post, Inc.'s Best Prenatal Vitamins for Any Stage of Your Pregnancy Journey. To our Bird&Be team and customers – this one's for you 🏆 (oh, and this one too 🏆)! https://lnkd.in/gcjjn3w7

We believe that supporting our community goes beyond providing exceptional products. We're proud to mark National Infertility Awareness Week this year by involving and empowering our community with a fundraising and advocacy initiative. In partnership with RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association and Fertility Matters Canada, we've introduced a new feature at checkout on our website, allowing our customers to play an active role in supporting programs run by these two incredible charities. By opting to contribute 1% of their order value, our customers can choose which charity and project they'd like to support, at no additional cost to them. Bird&Be is covering that 1% donation, ensuring every customer can participate in supporting the fertility community. These two incredible organizations continue to advocate at the government level, ensuring our voices are heard. They are fighting for our rights to safely grow our families, and ensuring the services we require to do so are preserved and improved upon. Many States and Provinces lack financial and structural resources for democratized access to care; RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association and Fertility Matters Canada are doing the work to keep fertility access topical with lawmakers and stakeholders. They also provide essential support to folks struggling. Up to 50% of women experience depressive symptoms during their infertility journey, and the emotional toll is also one of the barriers that cause couples to discontinue treatment before they've succeeded. The support groups hosted by both of these organizations provide tangible support and better outcomes for patients. To everyone on a fertility journey - we know from experience how it feels. We are sending you love, this week and always 🧡 💚 https://lnkd.in/eJix_-Dm #NIAW #CIAW #infertilityawarenessweek #fundraising #advocacy #accesstocare
