Thanks to the incredible support of our employees, we distributed 800 Iftar Sa’am meals across Manama and Riyadh, and assembled 500 Eid baskets filled with essential items for families in need. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Abdulaziz Mohamed Al Mana and Abdulatif Ali Al Fozan to Arcapita’s Board of Directors. Abdulaziz Al Mana brings over 20 years of leadership experience as the CEO of Al Mana Holding, a diversified conglomerate with interests across real estate, retail, technology, and other sectors. He also holds board positions at Dukhan Bank, United Development Company, The First Investor, and First Finance. Abdulatif Al Fozan has over 15 years of experience in business and investment and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Al Fozan Holding Co. and Managing Director of Acend Solutions Co. He also chairs Saudi Re and United Homeware Company and serves on the boards of Al Fozan Holding Co., United Electronics, Tas’heel Finance, and Medad Co. Ltd. We look forward to their valuable contributions to Arcapita’s continued growth and success. أعلنت آركابيتا عن تعيين عبدالعزيز محمد المانع وعبداللطيف علي الفوزان عضوين في مجلس إدارتها. يتمتع عبدالعزيز المانع بخبرة واسعة تتجاوز 20 عامًا، حيث يشغل منصب الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة المانع القابضة، وهي مجموعة متنوعة الأنشطة تعمل في قطاعات العقار، والمقاولات، والتجزئة، والتكنولوجيا، والزراعة. كما أنه عضو في مجالس إدارة كل من الشركة المتحدة للتنمية، وبنك دخان، والمستثمر الأول، والأولى للتمويل. كما يتمتع عبداللطيف الفوزان بخبرة تزيد عن 15 عامًا في مجالات الأعمال والاستثمار، حيث يشغل حاليًا منصب الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات في شركة الفوزان القابضة، والعضو المنتدب في شركة أسند للحلول. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يترأس مجلس إدارة الشركة السعودية لإعادة التأمين "إعادة" والشركة المتحدة للأدوات المنزلية، ويشغل عضوية مجالس إدارة كل من شركة الفوزان القابضة، والشركة المتحدة للإلكترونيات، وشركة تسهيل للتمويل، وشركة مداد المحدودة. نتطلع إلى مساهمتهما القيّمة في مسيرة نمو ونجاح آركابيتا.

The conversation touched on critical topics such as leverage, scalability, and investor needs. Investors and managers offered valuable insights into market gaps, structuring approaches, and investment strategies in private equity and real estate. A key takeaway? Collaboration is essential to accelerating ecosystem growth and sustaining momentum in this rapidly growing industry.
