IT TRAINER

Allo interim & consulting is currently looking for an IT TRAINER

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems / ICT tools.
• Follow-up of incidents related to information systems organisation of the reporting.
• Follow-up of user requests.
• Analyse, report and follow-up of bugs.
• Deliver user trainings.
• Writing user documentation for Information Systems.
• Deliver guidance and coaching on information systems.
• Provide support and guidance on collaborative tools.
• Provide IT communication through different type of support (i.e. intranet, newsletters, Tip and Tricks, etc.).

• Proven knowledge in end user assistance and support of information systems.
• Good IT skills.
• Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks.
• Excellent communication / writing skills.
• Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
• Able to use the office automation tools used in the Commission (MS-Office).
• Ability to give user trainings.
• Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
• Ability to understand, speak and write French and English.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work with a high degree of rigour and method and, more specifically, to follow naming conventions and coding standards.
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on a large project.
• High degree of discretion and integrity is required from all our staff members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant studies after the secondary school (2 years of professional experience can compensate 1 year of study).

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with the latest training methodologies and instructional design tools.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in training environments.
• Experience in remote training delivery using modern collaboration platforms.
