How can you stay focused during work meditation breaks?
"Even the longest journey starts with a single step" and "A fool walking will go further on that road than two wise people discussing wether to fo right or left at the cross-road". START your journey into wellness, give yourself permission to take a break from your endless TO DO list and explore your TO BE list. START today, start now and you finish reading this sentence ;-) Hey... why are you still reading? ;-) take a break ;-)

How can you stay focused during work meditation breaks?
In the 70's and 80's, the only screens were TV, Cinema and the windows of travel agencies. As kids, we were encouraged to day dream and vizualize the life we wanted to live, and places we wanted to explore with all our senses. Day dreaming should be encouraged again, even at the workplace (in good measure of course) as a meditative practice fostering creativity and serenity.

How can you stay focused during work meditation breaks?
Do not look for information only on the INTERNET. Take time to look inwards and expore your INNER NET! As founder of the World Wellness Weekend celebrated in 148 countries, I encourage people to cultivate serenity through mindful activities like meditation, or meditative walk, or binaural music meditations. The Five Pillars of Wellness are an invitation to enjoy richer & fuller lives with SLEEP & Creativity, NUTRITION & Immunity, MOVEMENT & Vitality, MINDFULNESS & Serenity, PURPOSE & Solidarity.
