What a fantastic experience to be part of the Brussels Management Challenge 2025, alongside over 300 students from 27 different nationalities, and from 11 top universities.   On the first day, more than 50 teams were coached on real-life business cases by their best partners in crime: Charles Forestier, Sylvie Skepi, Marie-Astrid Ghion and Loïc Decaux — who guided the students through strategic thinking and real consulting dynamics.    Our case? A deep dive into the optimization of patient feedback in hospitals. A meaningful and complex topic, rooted in real-world challenges.    Let’s just say we’ve all mastered paradoxical tensions in strategy execution now.    The second day was all about the pitch!    The presentations were delivered with passion and insight.
