🌍✨ Yesterday, April 21, was World Innovation Day. At CRM Group, innovation is more than a goal — it's part of how we operate every single day. To ensure that great ideas don’t stay just ideas, we’ve structured our approach through a dedicated Innovation Committee and a network of motivated Innovation Coordinators from across our units. Their mission? 🔹 Stimulate creativity within teams 🔹 Support colleagues in turning concepts into real projects 🔹 Break down silos to encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration 💡 From idea to project, our process is clear: 1️⃣ Identifying innovative ideas 2️⃣ Maturing and enriching them with the right expertise 3️⃣ Launching impactful projects that drive industrial transformation Every month, our Innovation Coordinators meet to share experiences and launch new initiatives to foster a culture of innovation at CRM Group. On this World Innovation Day, we’re proud to highlight this collaborative spirit that allows us to turn challenges into opportunities — for our teams, our partners, and a more sustainable industry. 🚀 Innovation isn’t a coincidence. 🔧 CRM Group strengthens its capabilities with new laser welding equipment We’ve just added a new handheld laser welding machine to our facilities, further expanding our advanced manufacturing offer. We’re proud to share that CRM Group has officially received validation for Year 2 of its SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) certification, as part of the program led by AKT – CCI Liège-Verviers-Namur ✅ Our Year 2 action plan — including 10 core actions and 2 bonus initiatives — has been fully approved by the evaluation committee. The certification is now extended for another 13 months, starting April 9, 2025.
