"The marketing funnel is broken, and retailers need a new playbook”. Today’s shoppers expect seamless, personalised experiences across channels, and media has a bigger role to play than ever before. In this piece David Bielenberg, National Head of Strategy, PHD explores why a flywheel, not a funnel is the smarter way to structure the demand chain, and how media can drive not just marketing, but sales and service too. Thank you to AdNews Australia for publishing this important piece. You can read David's thoughts below or here: http://bit.ly/4luedmD

Yesterday, PHD along with our partners from UnLtd. , Yfoundations, Property Industry Foundation and Ogilvy, showed up in solidarity for the fight against youth homelessness. Our Head of Research, Lillian Zrim, spoke at a Youth Homelessness Matters Day forum and discussed PHD's collaboration in raising public awareness and advocating for a plan that supports our country’s most vulnerable. 40,000 young people are experiencing homelessness and half of those will be turned away due to lack of services. We want to do better and help all children and young people realise their potential. Thank you to our incredible media partners who are coming on the journey to support this important cause. April 16th is Youth Homelessness Matters Day – find out more and show your support here https://lnkd.in/giNiDvdQ. #ProudtobePHD

It was so great to see Sydney's Head of Digital, Paula M., alongside Group Digital Director Josh Hover at this year's Future Media Forum, discussing data clean rooms with PepsiCo's Chris Gartside and Carolyn Baveystock. Here are some key insights from the panel: ⚙️ Data collaboration tools aren’t a silver bullet - they’re only as powerful as the strategy behind them. Real impact comes from a challenge-first approach, ensuring they solve business needs, not just collect data. 🤝 The key is collaboration - turning insights into action requires alignment between brands, agencies, and technology. 📈 We must embrace data-driven strategies and facilitate tech to deliver measurable, scalable personalisation in an evolving digital landscape where precision, automation, and compliance are front and centre. #PHDIntelligenceConnected
