Role overview
Our People & Culture team is growing!
As the People Operations Manager, you will ensure that people processes are reliable, intuitive and responsive to business needs globally. You will be responsible for Dabble's global HRIS systems (hello Rippling expert!), oversee core employee lifecycle processes and global legislation compliance including WH&S and reporting.
As part of this newly created role, you will lead an additional resource, overseeing delivery of all core HR transactions and lifecycle processes, with a focus on iterative improvement. You will own P&C compliance deliverables globally, ensuring audits, training, policies and data meet legislative requirements.
An early focus will be continuing and driving the implementation of Rippling and supporting technological integrations to drive efficiency and accuracy of employee data. If you're a people operations guru and love shaping process in a start-up or scale-up environment this is the role for you!
Owning the calendar of P&C compliance globally, WHS audits, police checks, data retention, mandatory training, P&C data and compliance audits, drafting policies
Owning mandated reporting including WGEA submissions, people metrics reporting and data analytics (eg: turnover, onboarding, exit trends, compliance status)
Hybrid and remote workplace safety processes, delivering health and wellbeing initiatives
Leading a small team while role modelling Dabble's values and operational excellence
To be successful in this role you will need:
Considerable experience in a similar role
Experience navigating AU, US and UK regional nuances
Experience with Rippling software, ideally through an implementation
A strong understanding of employment legislation and compliance across all three regions
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
To be outcome focused, self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic
Proficiency with other HR tools and software. We currently use Gusto, Xero, Jotform, Tribal Habits, Fit2Work, Udemy, Thrive, Figma, Trello, JIRA and more
Primary location
This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane may be preferred.

Remuneration
The advertised salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
