Responsibilities
Responsible for executing a growth strategy focused on remediation projects based on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
Collaborate with the State Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Lead bid preparation and submission processes.
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience
