Job Description

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to provide tailored financial advice, manage client portfolios, and drive business growth. You will collaborate with internal and external professionals to deliver holistic financial solutions while ensuring top-tier client service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client meetings and develop personalised financial strategies.
  • Manage investment portfolios and align them with client goals.
  • Facilitate strategy meetings with clients and assist in financial plan implementation.
  • Work closely with accountants, legal advisors, and estate planners.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Provide clear and compliant financial reports and advice.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain CPD hours.
  • Stay updated on financial markets, tax regulations, and legislative changes.
  • Assist in the strategic direction and growth of the Wealth Advisory division.
  • Lead client education initiatives, including presentations and seminars.
  • Support and mentor junior team members to enhance service delivery.


About You

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of financial planning/advisory experience.
  • FASEA qualified and listed on the Financial Advisor Register.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Xplan, Wealthsolver, and investment strategies.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
