Location: Adelaide, SA Salary: Negotiable Role Highlights: As an Administration Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with a range of administrative tasks that support both daily operations and long-term business goals. This is a critical position that requires attention to detail and the ability to manage a variety of tasks effectively. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to join a warm and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
Daily clearing of the letterbox.
Coordinate travel bookings, including flights, hire cars, and accommodation for staff.
Manage hire car administration and coordinate company cards for staff.
Oversee fleet administration, including staff vehicle contracts, GPS tracking, and insurance claims.
Handle procurement and disposal of vehicles, including servicing and fuel card management.
Manage building maintenance tasks, including security, pest control, and grounds upkeep.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, office, and reception areas.
Drive company-wide clean-ups and monthly desk clearances.
Order consumables, stationary, and staff groceries weekly.
Maintain the company calendar, noting all public holidays.
Candidate Profile As an ideal candidate, you will be an organised and proactive individual with prior experience in a similar administrative role who is comfortable managing multiple tasks with varying priorities and familiar with ERP systems. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently will ensure your success in this role. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with ERP systems, a background in administrative or fleet management roles, and a current motor vehicle license. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail is essential. Additionally, you must demonstrate a strong adherence to company values of honesty, integrity, loyalty, and confidentiality, and comply with applicable legislation, company policies, and procedures
