Apprenticeships and #traineeships are key pathways for building a skilled workforce. But how are they ensuring more students are completing their training? 👇 Recent data from Victoria reveals a major difference: 👉 Apprenticeships/traineeships supported by Group Training Organisations (GTOs) are 18% more likely to complete their #education than those employed directly by private or government employers. For industries like community services, where workforce gaps are growing, GTO-supported apprentices see a 32% higher completion rate. 💡 GTOs do more than just recruitment. They provide:
