With dual Master’s degrees in Business and Global Project Management, he has become known for building high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and delivering service excellence across some of the city’s most celebrated venues. Giuseppe’s career highlights include leadership roles at Rockpool Group, Me Gal, and Infinity at Sydney Tower, where he helped shape iconic dining and nightlife experiences. A wine and beverage management specialist, he has curated award-winning wine lists—including receiving the prestigious Three Goblets Award—for venues that aim to leave a lasting impression. In recent years, Giuseppe has been a trusted consultant for top Sydney venues such as Machiavelli, Esca Group, Corner House, and Gigi’s Balmain, guiding them through operational transformation and growth. Our Pillars members were treated to an exceptional Rare Whisky Tasting experience hosted by Diageo at their private suite within Circular Quay's historic Transport House.   This bespoke masterclass showcased extraordinary spirits from Diageo's portfolio, including precious whiskies from ghost distilleries Port Ellen and Brora.
