  • 🚨 Big news from the Federal Budget! 🚨 Our co-founder Tomoyuki H. breaks down the Australian government's announcement to ban non-compete clauses from 2027 for workers earning below the high-income threshold (currently $175,000). This significant change could impact over 3 million Australian workers. Non-compete clauses are common in many contracts, from employment to contractor and shareholder agreements. While details on the implementation remain unclear and depend on future legislative developments (and political factors), it's crucial for businesses to stay informed and proactive. 🔗 See the full article for more insights: https://lnkd.in/g4vww2qW
