A big thank you to the team at ShiftCare for hosting us in Melbourne last week. A fantastic evening learning about how NDIS service providers can work smarter and not harder, enabling improved service delivery for clients, caregivers and stakeholders. Another wonderful opportunity to share insights with industry peers about how we can navigate the ever changing NDIS landscape and find positive ways to collaborate for the betterment of everyone that strive to make a difference in the lives of those living with disabilities. And to complete the evening, beautiful views of Melbourne city at dusk 🙂 #technology #caring #innovation #business #information #scheduling #education #services #networking #disability #support #learning #positive #engaging

As we wrapped up another month, we took a moment to look back at all the momentum we’ve built in March. It’s been full of new faces, shared wins, and one big milestone - our very first ShiftCare Connect. From the sessions to the stories shared, it reminded us just how strong our community is 👏🏽 We also took a moment to spotlight three absolute legends - Andrew, Michael, and Gen - our MVPs for the month - for consistently showing up, stepping up, and pushing our mission forward. Across the board, every team brought their best this month - from product and support to marketing, sales, customer success and beyond. The collaboration and momentum have been amazing to see. Thanks to everyone for making March such a standout month 💙 #ShiftCare #Townhall #NDIS #AgedCare #HomeCare #CareManagement

Over 400,000 Pennsylvanians rely on in-home care—yet the sector is still fighting for basic support from the state. If this were aviation or logistics, and 112,000 shifts went unfilled every month, there’d be outrage. But because this is care work, largely done by underpaid, undervalued workers our the system expects providers to just "make do." We applaud initiatives like Lackawanna College’s & Area Agency on Aging free tuition for caregivers is forward thinking, but agencies can’t fund their way out of a broken system. At ShiftCare, we help home care providers address the pressure they can control. Our platform makes it easier to schedule shifts, reduce admin, and stay compliant—so providers can focus more on care, even when staffing is tight. Other sectors are rewarded for innovation, productivity, and scale. It’s time home care was treated with the same urgency and respect. Fund the frontlines. Support the workforce. Back the providers doing the work no one sees, but everyone depends on. CareGivers America Medstaffers LLC Telespond Senior Services) Allied Services Interim HealthCare Inc. Pennsylvania Homecare Association #homecare
🚨 Over 400,000 Pennsylvanians rely on in-home care. Yet, low Medicaid reimbursement rates are forcing direct care workers and nurses out of the field, jeopardizing access to essential services. Agencies are stepping up to support the workforce, but where is the state's support? 💡 Take a look at this incredible initiative from Lackawanna College and the Area Agency on Aging: Some agencies are now offering FREE tuition to students who work as caregivers, helping to build the workforce while expanding access to care. This is the type of investment Pennsylvania needs to protect home care access for the people who depend on it. https://lnkd.in/eXg5rpDJ (Participating agencies: Allied Services, Interim HealthCare Inc., GHG Homecare, CareGivers America, CMHC Inc, Medstaffers LLC & Telespond Senior Services) 🔎 The data speaks for itself: ▪️ 112,500+ home care shifts go unfilled every month due to workforce shortages. ▪️ PA’s reimbursement rate for care is far below neighboring states. ▪️ Approved nursing hours are going unfilled, leaving medically fragile patients without care. The solution is clear: Home Care Works! We must Fund the Frontlines! Direct care workers and nurses deserve fair wages. Pennsylvanians deserve reliable, high-quality home care. If agencies can invest in workforce solutions like free tuition, why isn’t the state stepping up? Governor Josh Shapiro, it's time to prioritize home care. We need higher reimbursement rates to recruit and retain the workforce our communities rely on. 🔥 Shoutout to the agencies supporting Home Care Works (https://lnkd.in/eHpSraec): Patriot Home Care, CareRing Health, HouseWorks, Help at Home, CareGivers America, Modivcare, AmeriBest Home Care, Angels On Call PA, BAYADA Home Health Care, Team Select , Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health, SarahCare Adult Day Services, Inc., and CHAMBERLIN & REINHEIMER INSURERS INC. Let’s amplify this message—because our direct care workforce deserves better! #HomeCareWorks #FundtheFrontlines

What does Nando's, Uber Eats and #AgedCare have in common? We’re holding care providers who look after our loved ones to a lower standard than Uber Eats. And honestly? That should make all of us all slightly uncomfortable. I ordered Nando’s for my team meeting last Thursday, & it was late by 30 minutes. But I wasn’t annoyed (I didn't even get hangry). Why? Because Uber Eats bombarded me with real-time updates (some might say too many). So I knew where it was, who picked it up, and why it was delayed. 1. Live GPS📍 2. Named driver 👤 3. Accurate ETAs ⏱ (semi accurate, the original ETA was way off) 4. The passcode seemed new? 5. Slightly cold peri-peri, but no surprises 🍗 #luvmychicken Now compare this to #agedcare. We track our calories, steps, and sleep...........But are providers able to reliably track care minutes and can families can't track care? Providers are under huge pressure to prove care was delivered. But with no real-time visibility into actual Care Minutes, it’s: - Guesswork at best - Compliance risk at worst - And a massive trust gap for the government &/or families So, stay with me here, if we can track a lunch order across town, Why can’t we show who delivered care, when, and what was done to families in real-time? This isn’t about micromanagement. It’s about transparency, accountability, and dignity. #agedcare ShiftCare

"We’re too small." I hear this all the time from agency owners whenever "software" comes up. And honestly? I get it. Most operations platforms are built for enterprises, because that’s where the big money's at. Small businesses? Too often an afterthought. But that’s exactly why I’m proud to rep ShiftCare. And this latest recognition from G2 is a testament to how we build. Small businesses deserve software that’s easy to adopt, easy to use, and designed to scale with them. #smb #sales #homecare
ShiftCare has been recognised by G2 as Most Implementable for Small Businesses in Home Care Agency Management🥇 That means getting started is simple - and support is always on hand. Because care teams deserve software that works with them, not against them. 💪 Thanks to our users for trusting us. 💙 #HomeCare #G2Awards #CareManagement #SmallBusiness
