👏 Big thanks to the team at JBS Dinmore for their openness, passion and professionalism during our recent Australian Association of Ruminant Nutrition (AARN) visit. From the moment we stepped onto the site—from packing floor, to the yards and finishing with protein on the plate—it was clear we were witnessing a world-class operation that plays a crucial role in Australia's food supply chain. Big tip of the lid to Murray, John & Dave you guys were premium grade, tour guides. Interesting trim; 🇦🇺 As the largest beef processing facility in the southern hemisphere (strictly speaking, now equal biggest), Dinmore (west of Brisbane) is a powerhouse, processing up to 3,400 head of cattle per day. 🌱 The team’s commitment to animal welfare and sustainability was on display throughout the tour, with impressive investment in resource recovery and water reuse systems. See sample jars from classroom as evidence of the former. 📦 And it’s not just about volume—Dinmore’s reach spans over 50 global markets, helping place Aussie beef on plates around the world, particularly in the US.
