  • We see you, managers and leadership teams, making workplaces better for everyone. 👋 We recently ran a poll asking leadership teams which initiatives they’d be willing to implement to create a safer, more supportive workplace. Here’s how they voted — and we love to see ‘normalising mental health days’ high on the list! From flexible work to meeting-free days and regular 1:1 check-ins, small changes can make a big difference. If you’d like to hear more from leading industry experts on how to create better workplaces, you should join us at the next Wayahead Sharespace meeting. Every month, we gather business leaders and speakers to talk about ways of making Australia a healthier place. You can learn more about becoming a member here: https://lnkd.in/gZ5uDvEz

But, there are things everyone can do to create a safe, positive, and neutral environment around food and eating — one that benefits us all.  Swipe to read our tips. If you’re struggling, The Butterfly Foundation has lots of great resources people with eating disorders, and their friends and family, on how to navigate the holidays.
