Last weekend, we proudly represented Jones Radiology for the first time at the ASMIRT Conference—and what an incredible experience it was! Held right here in Adelaide, the four-day event brought together radiographers, radiation therapists, nuclear medicine technologists, and sonographers from across the country. Our booth was buzzing as we connected with attendees, shared the Jones story, and even gave away Garmin watches to two lucky winners! From interactive workshops and site tours (including our cutting-edge SAHMRI clinic) to over 200 presentations and a packed exhibition hall, it was an action-filled conference. We were especially proud to see some of our own Jones staff take the stage, sharing their expertise with the wider radiology community. A huge thank you to our amazing Team Jones members who attended, worked behind the scenes, and helped make our first ASMIRT Conference one to remember! #jonesradiology #asmirt

"Learn to do barium enemas well, and you'll be a damn good radiologist!" – The advice Dr John McCoy once gave to Dr Geoffrey Jones, two of the founding doctors of Jones Radiology. Founded in 1925 by Dr Harold (John) McCoy, one of Adelaide’s first specialist radiologists, Jones began its journey at 163 North Terrace. A century later, with over 29 locations across South Australia and the Northern Territory, our evolution has been nothing short of remarkable. Though our doctors may not always be seen by patients, they see the most vital parts of every patient. By working closely with referring doctors—just as they did 100 years ago—they continue to strive for the best possible outcomes for every individual. Today, on National Doctor’s Day, we thank our dedicated team of doctors, past and present, for all that they have done and continue to do. Pictured: Dr Stentiford, Dr Jones, Dr Vaughan and Dr Rowe. What happens when some of the best minds in radiology, oncology, and neurosurgery come together? A night of insightful discussion, collaboration, and learning! Last week, alongside our friends at Icon Cancer Centre - Australia & New Zealand, we welcomed local referrers from the Fleurieu Peninsula to explore the latest advancements in brain tumour management. Our very own Clin. Professor Christen Barras, Radiologist, joined A/Prof. Michael Penniment, Radiation Oncologist, and A/Prof. Santosh Poonnoose, Neurosurgeon, to share their expertise on surgical, treatment, and imaging innovations that are shaping the future of care. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to an evening of meaningful learning. Together, we’re driving better patient outcomes! #jonesradiology

Meet Sally, Josh, Belinda and Abby - some of our amazing CT technologists. Recently, these four members of Team Jones have taken on the new roles of CT Tutors. In this exciting new role, they will lead the charge in providing high-quality and structured training as well as ongoing support and guidance for technicians in their CT training journeys. At Jones, we are proud to provide staff with ongoing professional development and training - especially when it is supported by experienced CT professionals who are working side-by-side with the trainees each day. Congratulations and thank you to our new CT Tutors. Your dedication and passion for developing the next generation of CT professionals is inspiring! #jonesradiology

Seven years. This is the average time it takes to be diagnosed with endometriosis. March is Endometriosis Awareness Month, a time to shine light on this condition that affects 1 in 7 females. At Jones Radiology, we recognise the importance of earlier detection and comprehensive care. This month let's continue the conversation, support those affected, and advocate together for timely diagnoses. #jonesradiology
