  • What a night 🎉 Last night, at the 2025 Asia Pacific Loyalty Awards hosted by the Australian Loyalty Association in Melbourne, we were absolutely stoked to take home two massive awards: 🙌 Best Overall Loyalty Program - Grocery & Beverage for Dan Murphy's My Dan’s Membership 🙌 Best Overall Loyalty Program - Business to Employee for ALH Hotels’ pub+ loyalty program These wins are a huge shoutout to our incredible teams, whose creativity and hard work continue to raise the bar for customer and team loyalty. Here’s what our leaders had to say: Agi Pfeiffer-Smith, Managing Director of Dan Murphy’s: “This year, My Dan’s celebrates 10 years, and this award is proof of what’s made it such a standout over the past decade – its customer-first design, simplicity, and the value it brings to millions of Aussies. The team has done an amazing job making the program seamless, rewarding, and personal.” Paul Carew, Managing Director of ALH Hotels: “pub+ is special because it brings our teams and guests closer together. By experiencing the program firsthand, our team members have become its biggest champions – and that connection has helped us hit 500,000 members in less than six months. It’s an unreal start, and we’re only getting warmed up!” We’re so proud of these wins – and even prouder of the teams behind them. A huge thank you to everyone who’s played a part in creating these amazing programs.

Dan Murphy's and BWS get Loud & Proud for another year 🌈 Together with our amazing suppliers – Treasury Wine Estates, Pernod Ricard Winemakers, and Lion – and the incredible support of our customers, we’ve raised $200,000 for Pride Foundation Australia (PFA). This donation will enable PFA to continue their vital work addressing systemic disadvantages faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities across Australia. From supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander queer mobs to funding LGBTQIA+ alcohol and drug programs, these initiatives are creating real, life-changing impacts. As Robyn Stevens, Co-Chair of Proud at Endeavour Group, beautifully said: “Loud & Proud isn’t just about raising funds; it’s about raising voices and creating lasting change. These partnerships allow us to celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion while giving back to the community in meaningful ways.” A massive thank you to our suppliers and customers for championing this initiative and making February 2025 one to remember.

🩵 Through our partnership with GIVIT.org.au, Dan Murphy's and BWS stores nationwide will unite to support those across Queensland and New South Wales impacted by ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred. A fundraising campaign has now commenced across our national retail network and will run until Monday 31 March. GIVIT.org.au is working with the Queensland and New South Wales Governments, local councils and recovery organisations to help people impacted get the essential goods and services they need. Most of our Dan Murphy's and BWS stores and ALH Hotels across the impacted regions have now re-opened, with selected stores and venues closed for cleaning and recovery. We continue to regularly update both the Dan Murphy's and BWS websites with our trading hours. 🧡 We would like to invite SES volunteers to our ALH Hotels to enjoy a daily free meal and beverage with us while they remain hard at work in the communities worst hit. Thanks to our team at the Hamilton Hotel in Queensland for looking after local volunteers earlier this week. Cheers to you all for your selfless service 🧡

Celebrating our team on International Women’s Day! At Endeavour, we pride ourselves on being a diverse and inclusive team, where everyone is encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work. Saturday, 8 March, marks International Women’s Day (IWD), and this year’s theme calls for the need to Accelerate Action to break down systemic barriers and fast-track progress towards gender equality. In the lead-up to IWD, we’re excited to share that the latest data from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reveals Endeavour Group’s median total remuneration gender pay gap has narrowed to just 0.4%, a further improvement of 0.5 percentage points from last year’s result of 0.9%. This progress reflects our ongoing commitment to driving change and creating an inclusive, fair, and responsible workplace. To celebrate #IWD25, we held a series of panel discussions across the Group, where team members from all areas of Endeavour came together to share personal experiences of gender bias, allyship and more —both in the workplace and beyond—and explore ways we can continue to Accelerate Action towards equality. “Together, we’re committed to driving positive change, fostering inclusion, and building a better tomorrow for all. We’re motivated by our latest WGEA results however, achieving equity in the workplace is an ongoing goal, and we look forward to making even greater progress in this area. Since becoming Endeavour Group, addressing the gender pay gap has been a key focus for us. We’ve worked to reduce the disparity between male and female earnings by conducting annual pay audits, making pay bands transparent, and implementing recruitment practices that attract more women. By listening to our team, we continue to learn and grow as a business, and I am thrilled with what we have achieved for our team and gender equity, since 2021,” says Endeavour Group Chief People Office, Alison Merner. Happy International Women’s Day!  #EndeavourGroup #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2025 #AccelerateAction #Inclusion #ComesYouAre #DreamBig #LeaveYourMark

Our thoughts are with everyone in South-East Queensland and Northern NSW as Tropical Cyclone Alfred approaches. The safety of our team and our customers remains our number one priority. Most Dan Murphy's and BWS stores across the impacted regions will be closed today until further notice. Over the coming days, our store teams will adjust their hours according to safety, advice from local authorities and team member availability. We will keep trading hours updated on the Dan Murphy's and BWS websites. We know hotels are the heart of these communities and we want to do all we can to support those seeking shelter in the current conditions. You can find more information on your local venue’s website and social media pages, including for Nightcap accommodation enquiries for evacuees and those seeking refuge. However, selected ALH Hotels in these regions will also be closed where it is unsafe for our teams to open. We would like to pay tribute to all our team members in the impacted regions, who have continued to work hard in the face of changing forecasts and conditions in recent days, while also preparing their own homes for the impacts of the Cyclone. We appreciate the patience and understanding of our customers and guests as trading hours have varied. On behalf of Endeavour Group, Dan Murphy's and BWS, and ALH Hotels we would like to thank the emergency services for their tireless efforts to keep everyone safe. We will stand by our communities in the days and weeks ahead.

  • Today we shared our F25 Half-Year Results with the market. Despite a challenging economic environment, Endeavour Group delivered stable revenue and strong cash flow in the first half. In Retail, even with the significant supply chain disruptions, Dan Murphy's achieved a record sales result for the week preceding Christmas, and BWS recorded its best ever sales performance for the week preceding New Year's Eve. In ALH Hotels, sales momentum increased across food, bars, gaming, and accommodation. Our Hotel renewals, and property portfolio optimisation are also gaining momentum. Importantly, we have maintained a disciplined approach to cost management. The endeavourGO program delivered $40 million in savings in the half, which partially offset inflationary pressures, bringing our total cumulative savings to $230 million to date. Endeavour Group Managing Director and CEO Steve Donohue said: "I'm incredibly proud of our 30,000 team members. Detailed planning and execution from our team enabled the Group to deliver a strong trading performance in December, while driving market-leading customer satisfaction scores."

  • It was great to have been part of the #ARALeadersForum25 again, where our Dan Murphy's Managing Director Agnieszka Pfeiffer, joined an exceptional panel of retail leaders to discuss the evolving landscape of Australian retail. Agi sat alongside Scott Fyfe (CEO, David Jones), Richard Goodman (CEO, FoodCo Group), and Tim Schaafsma (CEO, Coco Republic) in a thought-provoking session moderated by Vanessa Matthijssen (Partner, Deloitte). Together, they explored the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of retail, from innovation in technology to shifting customer expectations and the importance of sustainability. Agi shared insights on how Dan Murphy's stays grounded in its founding philosophy: "Everyone deserves a good drop without breaking the bank". She highlighted how the My Dan’s member program allows us to personalise experiences for our 5.5 million members and strike the perfect balance between value, discovery, and exceptional service. She also touched on the passion and expertise of our team, which sets us apart in delivering memorable in-store experiences. A huge congratulations to the Australian Retailers Association (ARA) for hosting such an inspiring event! #RetailLeadership #LeadershipInRetail #RetailTransformation #ARALeadersForum25

  • Meet our 2025 Dan Murphy’s Pinnacle Foundation Scholar We are proud to partner with The Pinnacle Foundation, Australia’s leading LGBTQIA+ education charity, to provide a scholarship that offers financial support to one student throughout their studies, empowering them to achieve their academic and career goals. Meet this year's recipient: Wilson (he/him), is completing his third year of a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne and plans on completing an Honours year in Finance in 2026.  Each year, with our support, The Pinnacle Foundation awards educational scholarships for tertiary studies to young LGBTQIA+ Australians, many who continue to face family, faith and community rejection because of how they identify. Every Pinnacle Foundation scholar is matched with a mentor who has walked their path.    Young LGBTQIA+ Australians are one of the most disadvantaged cohorts in the country. By supporting them to secure an education, we help them to contribute richly to society for everyone's benefit.

  • 🏈 Super Bowl fever hits our pubs! 🏈 We’re all about creating experiences our locals love – and today, we did just that as the National Football League (NFL) Super Bowl was brought to life across our ALH Hotels pubs! Our venues were buzzing with energy as Aussies gathered to watch the Super Bowl LIX. Whether you were cheering for the Chiefs or backing the Birds, the day was all about great food, refreshing drinks, and the unmatched atmosphere of watching live sport at your local. A massive shoutout to our teams across the country for going the extra mile to make it a day to remember. Here’s to more shared moments, great vibes, and creating unforgettable memories in our pubs. 🍻
