  • 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟰𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝘂𝗹𝘂𝘅𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽. Neil Watkins’s career began 40 years ago as a "Sales Trainee" with Selleys Group in Wellington. Over the years, he held various impactful roles, eventually becoming Country Manager for Selleys NZ, before transitioning into his current role in Dulux Powder Coatings New Zealand. Neil attributes his long tenure, to DuluxGroup's commitment to investing in its people. Continuous training and development opportunities kept him enthusiastic and engaged. The dynamic nature of Selleys and Dulux Powders, Industrial and Automotive (PIA), with their diverse markets and technical products, ensured that Neil was always learning and growing. Neil's fondest memories revolve around the incredible people he's worked with and the mentorship he received from his managers. He takes pride in helping other team members achieve their career goals, with many advancing to significant roles within the company—a testament to Neil’s guidance and support. Neil shared how he has also “𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘧𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵 𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴, 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴.
