New month, fresh insights! I had the pleasure of catching up with Rahul Trikha(aka Raz), Technology & Product Director for Marketplace Foundations at Domain. He’s been driving change, innovation, and growth in the business, and our chat left me feeling inspired. One thing that really stuck with me? His take on leadership - he said, "True leadership is about leading by example. It’s not just about giving orders, but about providing context and explaining the ‘why’ behind decisions. But what I loved most about our chat? Raz doesn’t just focus on the big wins. He values the everyday moments—the quick huddles, brainstorming sessions, and casual check-ins that fuel creativity and build trust. As he put it: "We often focus on big milestones, but it’s the small wins and daily conversations that bring everything together. These moments drive creativity, build trust, and remind us why we do what we do." Of course, leading transformation isn’t without its challenges—balancing today’s priorities with a long-term vision.
