We’re thrilled to announce that Delaware North has been awarded four sites at Perth Airport's International Terminal to develop several exciting, first-to-market food and beverage retail concepts. These new sites are the latest development in Delaware North’s 30+ year partnership with Perth Airport. We’ve collaborated with Gage Roads Brew Co to develop the first Gage Roads Sports Bar. The venue will feature multiple digital screens, a pub-style menu, an entertainment arcade, and showcase WA produce and Gage Roads craft beers and ciders, creating a sports lover’s paradise with a family-friendly atmosphere. Separately, Matso’s Brewhouse will be the first WA hospitality venue for Matso’s outside Broome. It will feature Matso’s Ginger and Mango Beer, WA produce, and a Pan Asian-influenced menu. The family-friendly restaurant and bar will also offer Matso’s-branded merchandise, providing a comfortable place for travellers. Matsos Broome Brewery

Souvlaki by Konstantina, created by Delaware North Sous Chef Konstantina Bakali, is one of several exciting new concepts launched by Delaware North's culinary team at Marvel Stadium. Featuring stadium fare with a Greek-Cypriot twist, fans can indulge in delicious souvlakis and mouth-watering crispy zuccini chips.

Footy is back at Marvel Stadium! After a jam-packed concert season, the stadium is set to shine under the Saturday night lights as footy returns to the Docklands. The Delaware North team could not be more excited to deliver exceptional hospitality, food, and beverage service across all retail and corporate dining areas. With energy soaring and excitement building, 150 guests rocked out and experienced the electrifying sounds, as Green Day took the stage for an unforgettable night in Melbourne.
