🇦🇺🤝🇵🇱 Australian-Polish Business Collaboration Through a Sustainability Lens 🌱 We were thrilled to have hosted the Polish business delegation at the Banksia National Awards presentation at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre during their Australia visit — including the esteemed Prof. Krystof Galos, Deputy Minister for Climate and Environment. Together with the Polish Government and the Polish Investment & Trade Agency, we launched a pilot program to connect innovative Polish businesses with Aussie counterparts, exploring shared opportunities in sustainability, ESG, and the SDGs. This is more than a trade exchange — it’s about building lasting, purpose-driven partnerships that prioritise people, planet, and prosperity. Here’s to stronger ties and shared solutions! 🌍✨ In photo: Damian Tchórzewski, Max Sypnyak, Wojciech Filończuk, Tomasz Troniewski, Rafal Jarosz, Minister Krzysztofa Galos, Estelle O'Callaghan CF, Grazyna Van Egmond, Marzena Krajniewska, Michal Piechocki, Stasiu Badowicz SYSTEM 3E, Pronar, AFH Europe Sp. z o.o., Polish Australian Chamber of Commerce (PACC), Ministerstwo Klimatu i Środowiska, 3PDA CONSULTING, Regnology, Regnology Wrocław #SustainableBusiness #AustraliaPolandPartnership #ESG #TradeWithPurpose #SustainabilityInAction #GlobalGoals

Recognising and rewarding Australia's sustainability success through the Banksia Sustainability Awards.
About us
The Banksia Foundation, established in 1989, is a national not-for-profit organisation that promotes sustainability excellence through its Awards program and other associated events. The Banksia Sustainability Awards are regarded as the most prestigious sustainability awards in Australia. Within Australia there are many initiatives and projects taking place making a real difference today and more importantly ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come. The Banksia Foundation, through our Award Programs, aims to raise the profile of the current sustainability issues facing Australia and recognise those whose initiatives are an encouragement and an example for others to follow. Being able to assess and share this fountain of knowledge and energy we believe is instrumental to making all the difference and driving enduring change. The Foundation is run by a small but dedicated body of staff, based in Melbourne, overseen by a national Board of Management and supported by a group of committed Judges, an excellent group of consultants and of course our supporters who continue to provide the all necessary funding to run our programs.
