Specialist teams often needed to be coordinated and multi team dependencies such as cabling, then networking, then telephones needed to be managed, while staying coordinated with the construction teams, such as electrical engineers, furniture and finishing. To replace the existing MPLS with a more resilient SD-WAN solution to underpin the planned ERP centralization that would require stable connectivity. aA key part of the cost control was to impliment a VOIP system as part of the SD-WAN rollout in order to remove Telco copper telephone, thereby reducing costs. Role: Data Analyst, Process flow analyst and project manager. I inherited a failed implementation. I restarted the requirement gathering and analysis, and using an agile implementation methodology with the developers, the system was completed and implemented.

Provising highly resilient IT infrastructure, server and connectivity for a greenfields build of a 168 room 5 star hotel. I managed all aspects, including system architecture, procurement, project managment and post go-live support.
