Strategically located for connectivity to major infrastructure, the partnership will help create 20,000+ jobs and enhance Egypt’s position as a leading trade and manufacturing hub. تتعاون مدن القابضة مع السويدي للتنمية الصناعية لإنشاء منطقة صناعية جديدة واعدة تقدم خدماتها إلى مشروع رأس الحكمة. ستركّز المنطقة، التي تمتد على مساحة 10 ملايين متر مربع، على جذب المستثمرين والمصنّعين في قطاع مواد البناء، بما يضمن سير الأعمال وفق الجداول الزمنية المحددة، وتحقيق أعلى مستويات الكفاءة في إدارة التكاليف، من خلال استخدام مواد متطورة ومستدامة ضمن مشروع رأس الحكمة، الذي تبلغ مساحته 170.8 مليون متر مربع. وبفضل موقعها الاستراتيجي واتصالها المباشر بالبنية التحتية الرئيسية، ستُسهم هذه الشراكة في توفير أكثر من 20 ألف فرصة عمل، ودعم رؤية مصر كمركز إقليمي مزدهر للأعمال والتطوير الصناعي.
