Hiring Now: Job Title: Business Development Manager   Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE   Industry: Construction Chemicals Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the construction chemicals industry. Preference will be given to the candidate with in-depth market knowledge and a proactive approach to business expansion. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in Abu Dhabi and surrounding regions. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the construction chemicals segment. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and pricing strategies. • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to management on a regular basis. • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to offer customized solutions to clients. • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. • Ensure compliance with local business practices and regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • 3–4 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the construction chemicals industry within the UAE. • Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate. • Fluency in Arabic and English is required. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. • Must have a valid UAE driving license. • Experience and working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and within a team.
