Your day-to-day tasks will include data analysis, process improvement, and CRM (Hubspot ) administration, all aiming to equip our sales teams with the tools and insights they need to succeed. This is a full-time remote role, and you will be working closely with colleagues located primarily in U.S. time zones. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 ● Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams. ● Strong proficiency in basic algebra, with the ability to apply it to sales and operational data. ● Intermediate-level Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and basic data analysis techniques. ● Familiarity with front-end software, especially CRM platforms (PM, Support, or Marketing software experience also considered). ● Keen attention to detail and an organized approach to identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies. ● Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment. ● Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights. ● Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. ● Willingness to adjust to U.S. business hours for team meetings and collaboration.
