In today’s insurance landscape, exclusive sales organizations are under pressure to balance personalized service with modern scalability. GoBV, a subsidiary of BarmeniaGothaer, has tackled this challenge by enhancing back-office telephony and support through smart digital solutions—freeing up agents to focus on face-to-face client relationships.   We supported GoBV in modernizing its service and sales operations through a scalable, low-code solution built on the BSI Customer Suite and a bot application. The project focused on enabling autonomy, improving service quality, and increasing efficiency across GoBV’s exclusive sales organization.   What Sebastian Wertenbruch, Head of IT Sales at BarmeniaGothaer, says about our collaboration: "The configurability options via low-code/no-code in the BSI Customer Suite allowed us to quickly get started.
